Job summary

Highland Hills Post Acute in Pittsburgh, PA, is seeking compassionate licensed RNs to join our 200-bed post-acute care team. You’ll provide direct resident care under the supervision of the DON and help ensure compliance with state, federal, and local standards.

Qualifications

• Current, unencumbered PA nursing license required.
• Current CPR certification.
• Experience with PCC preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct resident care and supervise CNAs.
• Work under the DON to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Maintain compliance with state, federal and local standards.

Successful candidates will have the following:

• ability to maintain all required continuing education/licensing and remain in good standing with the State Board of Nursing
• current, unencumbered license to practice as a nurse in PA
• current CPR certification
• experience with PCC preferred
• Ability to communicate and empathize with a vulnerable population

Your day to day:

You'll provide direct care for our residents and supervise the day to day care provided by our certified nursing aides. You'll work under supervision of our DON to ensure compliance with current state, federal, and local standards.
