Job summary

Highland Hills Post Acute is hiring a licensed RN to provide direct resident care and supervise the day-to-day care delivered by certified nursing aides. You will work under the DON to ensure compliance with state, federal, and local standards while delivering compassionate, high-quality care.

Qualifications

Successful candidates will have the following:

• ability to maintain all required continuing education/licensing and remain in good standing with the State Board of Nursing
• current, unencumbered license to practice as a nurse in PA
• current CPR certification
• experience with PCC preferred
• Ability to communicate and empathize with a vulnerable population

Your day to day:

You’ll provide direct care for our residents and supervise the day to day care provided by our certified nursing aides. You’ll work under supervision of our DON to ensure compliance with current state, federal, and local standards.
