Job summary

Highland Hills Post Acute is a 200-bed post-acute care facility located at 1105 Perry Highway, Pittsburgh. We are seeking dedicated nursing professionals to join our team and provide compassionate care to our residents.

You will work under the DON, ensuring adherence to current state, federal, and local standards while supervising certified nursing aides. We value growth and offer opportunities within our regional network and a supportive, appreciative work environment.

Qualifications

• Current, unencumbered PA nursing license.
• Current CPR certification.
• Experience with PCC preferred.
• Ability to communicate and empathize with a vulnerable population.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care for residents.
• Supervise day-to-day care provided by certified nursing aides.
• Work under supervision of our DON to ensure compliance with state, federal, and local standards.

Successful candidates will have the following:

• ability to maintain all required continuing education/licensing and remain in good standing with the State Board of Nursing
• current, unencumbered license to practice as a nurse in PA
• current CPR certification
• experience with PCC preferred
• Ability to communicate and empathize with a vulnerable population

Your day to day:

You'll provide direct care for our residents and supervise the day to day care provided by our certified nursing aides. You'll work under supervision of our DON to ensure compliance with current state, federal, and local standards.
