Job summary

Highland Hills Post Acute is a 200-bed post-acute care facility located at 1105 Perry Highway, Pittsburgh. We provide compassionate, high-quality care and offer an opportunity to join a dedicated team committed to staff growth and appreciation.

Qualifications

• Must maintain continuing education/licensing and stay in good standing with the State Board of Nursing.
• Current, unencumbered license to practice as a nurse in PA.
• Current CPR certification.
• PCC experience preferred.
• Ability to communicate and empathize with a vulnerable population.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care for residents and supervise day-to-day care by CNAs.
• Work under the DON to ensure compliance with state, federal and local standards.
• Enhance resident well-being through compassionate, quality care.

Successful candidates will have the following:

• ability to maintain all required continuing education/licensing and remain in good standing with the State Board of Nursing
• current, unencumbered license to practice as a nurse in PA
• current CPR certification
• experience with PCC preferred
• Ability to communicate and empathize with a vulnerable population

Your day to day:

You'll provide direct care for our residents and supervise the day to day care provided by our certified nursing aides. You'll work under supervision of our DON to ensure compliance with current state, federal, and local standards.
