Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree.

• Demonstrated cultural competency and commitment to fostering access, inclusion, and student success across a broad range of backgrounds and experiences.
• Valid driver's license for at least two years and willingness to travel (including overnights and weekends).

Responsibilities

• Manage recruitment strategies within an assigned geographic territory.
• Represent UW Oshkosh at high schools, community colleges, college fairs, and other outreach events.
• Lead on-campus and virtual information sessions, open houses, and workshops.
• Cultivate relationships with school counselors, community leaders, and influencers.
• Serve as the primary contact for students and families from your territory.
