Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Filing documents and answering phones.
• Giving tours, assisting at preview days and other events.
• Inputting data, managing mail, and inputting data to administrative systems.
• Monitoring files, processing, entering, managing and indexing documents for imaging through crm and university systems.
• Handle inbound inquiries and make outbound calls.
• Communicate with Financial Aid, Student Accounts, Registrar, Advising, and admissions team members to facilitate enrollment.
• Assist within the admissions office and perform other duties as assigned.
