Job summary

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with the Admissions team.
• Provides a consistent tour experience for Admissions guests 2-5 times per week based on availability.
• Assist in creating a welcoming atmosphere on campus during admissions events and daily tours.
• Provides comprehensive customer service to exceed visitors’ expectations.
• Maintains positive work atmosphere by communicating effectively with staff and students.
• Other duties as assigned.
