Job summary

Maryville University seeks an Admissions Representative to manage a recruitment territory and act as the primary enrollment advisor for prospective students. You will guide applicants from inquiry to enrollment, conduct appointments in person or virtually, and partner with campus services to ensure a smooth enrollment.

You will coordinate outreach, analyze enrollment data, and participate in events to promote academic programs, scholarships, and campus life.

Responsibilities

• Manage an assigned recruitment territory and develop strategic annual recruitment plans aligned with university enrollment goals.
• Build and maintain relationships with high schools, counselors, community organizations, and educational partners.
• Serve as the primary admissions counselor from inquiry through enrollment.
• Guide students and families through every stage of the enrollment process, including applications, transcripts, financial aid, and deposits.
• Represent Maryville University at recruitment events and deliver engaging presentations.
