Job summary

Unitek College of Nursing is seeking an Admissions Representative to recruit qualified candidates and guide them through enrollment. Under direct supervision, you will provide information on programs, prerequisites, and the admissions process, while ensuring compliance with policies and accreditation standards.

You will engage prospects in person or by phone, schedule interviews, and support students from inquiry to enrollment, balancing customer service with regulatory requirements to help

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ customer service, telemarketing, or sales experience.
• Excellent presentation skills.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, Outlook.
• Ability to work assigned/flexible hours necessary to complete the job on a weekly basis.

Responsibilities

• Take inquiry calls from prospective students and schedule interviews.
• Provide information on programs, prerequisites, and the admissions process.
• Make outbound calls to interested students and follow up on inquiries.
• Follow up on inquiries that fail to schedule or attend interviews.
