Job summary

Unitek College is seeking an Admissions Representative for Nursing & Allied Health to guide prospective students from interest to enrollment. You’ll handle high-volume outreach, conduct interviews, and present program options, career pathways, and outcomes.

You’ll document all contacts in Nexus/CampusVue and help applicants complete admissions steps. Join a mission-driven campus focused on preparing healthcare professionals and advancing your career with collaborative training and growth

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years customer service, telemarketing or sales experience (including admissions experience).
• Excellent presentation skills.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, Outlook.
• Ability to work assigned/flexible hours necessary to complete the job on a weekly basis.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries from prospective students.
• Make 100–150 outbound daily phone calls to assess interest, build rapport, and schedule admissions interviews.
• Conduct consultative in-person or virtual interviews that present program options, career pathways, and educational outcomes.
• Follow up with interested prospects to answer questions, remove barriers, and collect required admissions documents.
• Accurately document all student contacts and admissions activity in Nexus/CampusVue.
