Job summary

Unitek College is seeking an Admissions Representative to recruit and guide prospective students through enrollment, interviews, and program selection. You will use approved materials and maintain consistent communication with applicants to ensure a smooth admissions process.

The role emphasizes on-site interactions with students, collaboration with campus staff, and adherence to enrollment policies. Prior admissions or recruitment experience is advantageous and flexibility in hours is expected.

Qualifications

• 2 years as an Admissions/Enrollment Representative or 5 years in a position with similar duties and responsibilities; sales or recruiting experience.
• Demonstrated ability to fulfill Company Key Behaviors.
• Excellent presentation skills.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, Outlook.
• Ability to work assigned/flexible hours necessary to complete the job on a weekly basis.

Responsibilities

• Interact with prospects and students in person or by phone to answer questions.
• Schedule and conduct student interviews and explain program options.
• Provide guidance and assist with enrollment applications and required documents.
• Maintain accurate records and complete daily activity reports.
