Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in customer service or admissions-related roles.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.
• Willing to work flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with prospective students and answer inquiries.
• Schedule and conduct student interviews using approved materials.
• Provide guidance on enrollment and admissions requirements.
• Assist in reviewing applications and advising on eligibility and deadlines.
• Ensure compliance with policies and timely processing of inquiries and documents.
