Job summary

CFS is seeking an Admissions Advisor in Boston, MA to support prospective students through the admissions process. The role requires bilingual English/Spanish and involves conducting virtual information sessions and guiding applicants through enrollment.

You will follow up with inquiries via phone, email, and virtual platforms, assist with documentation, and provide program information. Evening/weekend events may be required.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish required.
• Associate degree or equivalent.
• 1-3 years of experience in customer service, admissions, recruitment, or a related field.
