TheAdmissionsAdvisorposition is responsible for enrollingqualifiedstudents intothe school’s programs. This includestaking inbound calls and making outboundcallsto inquiring prospective students,following up consistently withinquiries,interviewing and touring as well asmanaging enrollment activity and paperwork, and properly completing student files.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • This positionis responsible forrecruitingqualified students for theschool’sprograms in a compliant,appropriate,and professional manner.Underthedirect supervisionof the Director of Admissions.
  • Utilizeonlycompanyapproved materials during the phone,interview, and enrollmentprocess.
  • Significantoutboundand inboundcalling efforts are an essential component of this role.
  • Follow up on all inquiries who have not scheduled an appointmentandinquireswho did not show for their interview.
  • Interviewand tourwithprospective students to determine theirneeds, interests, andmotivationsfor attendingschool; understand their career goals andaddress anyconcernsthat might prevent them from starting orcompletingtheir education;assistthemwithidentifyingthe program that best matches their needs.
  • Provide information to students on theschool’sprograms and entrance requirements, including the application process, policies,procedures,and documentation regarding the admissions requirements.
  • Once the prospective student decides to enroll theAdvisorwill guide them through the admissions process, address questions, scheduling appointmentsfor them to meet with financial aid and gathering theall thedocuments necessary to start school, and ensuring students completes theadmissions testing.
  • Uphold enrollment standards by complying with related governmental regulations and standards of accreditation, and by enrollingqualifiedstudents who meet admissions requirements as published in the school’s catalog.
  • Follow up with interviewswhodid not progress in the enrollment processorcancelled students toassist inresolvingany issuesandaddress concerns.
  • Responsible for achieving productivity goals based on campusneeds.
  • Generate referrals.
  • Complete daily activity reports.
  • Maintain confidentiality of all business records and information.
  • Regular and reliable attendance.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Skills/Competencies/Qualifications:

  • Atminimumthecandidate should haveattainedthe highest degree level the campus offers.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and comfortable using a personal/laptop computer and standard office equipment.
  • Competent in using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems and web-based platforms.
  • Strong presentation, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Upbeat, professional, and a collaborative team player.
  • Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently.
  • Highly dependable, adaptable, empathetic, and self-aware.
  • Excellent time management and task prioritization skills; able to thrive in a fast-paced and detail-oriented environment.

  • Willing and able to work flexible schedules—including day, evening, and weekend hours—as needed to meet business needs.
  • Must be able to sit and work at a computer for extended periods of time.
  • Prior experience in admissions or a sales-related role is required.
  • Demonstrated ability to represent the organization in a professional and courteous manner with students, staff, vendors, and external partners.
