Salary: $55,000 - $60,000 annually

We are seeking a highly motivated and bilingual Admissions Advisor to join our team at Ideal Home Care. As an Admissions Advisor, you will be responsible for serving as the primary point of contact for prospective students, providing information and guidance throughout the enrollment process. You will also conduct one‑on‑one advising sessions with students to assess their educational goals and develop personalized academic plans.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for prospective students, providing information and guidance throughout the enrollment process
• Conduct one‑on‑one advising sessions with students to assess their educational goals and develop personalized academic plans
• Utilize effective public speaking skills to deliver presentations and workshops to groups of students, parents, and educators in person or via Zoom
• Collaborate with other departments and faculty members to ensure a smooth transition for students from enrollment to their chosen program of study
• Recruit new students by attending college fairs, conducting campus tours, and participating in community outreach events
• Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date student records using education administration software (CRM)

Requirements
