The University of Texas at Arlington is seeking an entry-level admissions records processor to manage student application documents, verify fee payments, and route materials through imaging and workflow systems. You will help ensure accuracy in transcripts, applications, and related records across campus admissions offices.
The role requires attention to detail, a high school diploma or GED, and at least one year of relevant processing experience.
The annual salary for this position ranges from $34,900 to $41,999. The final offer will be commensurate with the candidate’s relevant experience and qualifications.

Provides entry-level admissions record processing by sorting, scanning/imaging, search matching, and routing of mail as it pertains to student applications. Responsible for the review and management of new and returning student records for admissions purposes and verification of application documents, fee payments, and other admission documents.
