Sprenger Health Care is seeking an experienced leader to oversee operations at Smithville Western Care Center in Wooster, Ohio. The role requires directing clinical and administrative teams and ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.

The position includes supervising department supervisors, managing staffing levels, and delivering reports to management. We invite candidates with strong leadership and governance skills to grow within our organization.

Qualifications

• Must possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree from an educational institution accredited by the US Department of Education.

• Act as liaison to the governing body for medical, nursing and professional staff and all facility departments.
• Prepare all reports as required by management.
• Supervise all department supervisors and administrative staff.
• Supervise recruitment, employment, performance, evaluation, promotion, and termination of all staff.
• Assume responsibility with department supervisors of ensuring adequate staffing.

Qualifications: Must possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree from an educational institution that must be accredited by the US Department of Education as listed in Rule 4751-1-02.
