Job summary

Sprenger Health Care is seeking an experienced leader to oversee operations at Smithville Western Care Center in Wooster, Ohio. The role requires directing clinical and administrative teams and ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.

Qualifications

• Must possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree from an educational institution accredited by the US Department of Education.

Responsibilities

• Operate the facility in accordance with established policies and procedures.
• Enforce the facility policies and procedures.
• Act as liaison to the governing body for medical, nursing and professional staff and all facility departments.
• Prepare all reports as required by management.
• Supervise all department supervisors and administrative staff.
• Supervise recruitment, employment, performance, evaluation, promotion, and termination of all staff.
• Assume responsibility with department supervisors of ensuring adequate staffing.
