Job summary

Sprenger Health Care is hiring to lead the Elms Retirement Village facility in Wellington, OH, ensuring operations comply with federal, state and local regulations and established policies.

You will enforce facility policies, act as liaison to the governing body for medical, nursing and professional staff, and prepare reports while supervising all department supervisors and administrative staff. Join a team with strong longevity and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree from an accredited institution (US Dept of Education listing).
• Experience coordinating with regulatory bodies and internal departments.

Responsibilities

Qualifications

Must possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree from an educational institution that must be accredited by the US Department of Education as listed in Rule 4751-1-02.
