Job summary

Sprenger Health Care in Amherst, OH seeks a qualified Administrator Resident to operate and oversee a multi-facility senior care environment. You will ensure compliance with governing policies and manage medical, nursing and administrative staff across departments.

The role requires an accredited Bachelor's or Master's degree and demonstrated leadership in healthcare administration, with focus on policy enforcement and regulatory adherence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree from an accredited institution.
• Ability to operate the facility per policies and procedures.
• Knowledge of federal, state and local regulations.
• Experience in healthcare administration is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate the facility in accordance with established policies and procedures.
• Enforce the facility policies and procedures.
• Act as liaison to the governing body for medical, nursing and professional staff and all facility departments.
• Prepare all reports as required by management.
• Supervise all department supervisors and administrative staff.
• Recruitment, employment, performance, promotion, and termination of all staff.
• Ensure adequate staffing across departments.
