Job summary

Sprenger Health Care is seeking an Administrator Resident to lead a facility in Massillon, OH. This role oversees policy adherence, regulatory compliance, and coordination among medical, nursing, and administrative teams to ensure high-quality resident care.

The administrator will supervise department supervisors, manage staffing, prepare management reports, and uphold organizational standards while partnering with executive leadership to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree from an accredited educational institution.

Responsibilities

• Operate the facility in accordance with established policies and procedures of the governing body and in compliance with federal, state and local regulations.
• Enforce facility policies and procedures.
• Act as liaison to the governing body for the medical, nursing and professional staff and all facility departments.
• Prepare all reports as required by management.
• Supervise all department supervisors and administrative staff.
• Supervise the recruitment, employment, performance, evaluation, promotion, and termination of all staff.
• Ensure adequate staffing in partnership with department supervisors.
