Job summary

Sprenger Health Care Systems in Ohio and South Carolina is seeking an Administrator Resident for a Grace Management Services facility. You will oversee facility operations, ensure compliance with federal, state and local regulations, and act as liaison to governing bodies for medical, nursing and professional staff.

Responsibilities include preparing reports, supervising department supervisors and administrative staff, and guiding staffing decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree from an accredited institution (as listed by US DoE).
• Ability to operate the facility in accordance with established policies and procedures and in compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
• Serve as liaison to the governing body for medical, nursing and professional staff and all facility departments.
