Job summary

Sprenger Health Care seeks an Administrator Resident to lead our Ohio facilities within Grace Management Services. You will supervise staff, coordinate across medical, nursing, and professional teams, and ensure adherence to governing policies and regulations.

You will manage reporting, staffing, and performance, while liaising with the governing body and facility departments to maintain high-quality care and compliance. Join a team with long tenure and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree from a US DoE-accredited institution.
• Ability to oversee staffing and administer facility operations.
• Liaise with the medical, nursing and professional staff.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state and local regulations.
• Experience in facility leadership roles.

Responsibilities

• Operate the facility according to established policies and procedures.
• Enforce facility policies and procedures.
• Act as liaison to the governing body for medical, nursing and professional staff and all facility departments.
• Prepare all reports as required by management.
• Supervise all department supervisors and administrative staff.
• Recruit, employ, evaluate, promote and terminate staff.
• Ensure adequate staffing in collaboration with department supervisors.
