Job summary

Sprenger Health Care is seeking an Administrator Resident for GV Manor in Twinsburg, OH. The role oversees facility operations in line with policies and regulatory requirements, working with medical, nursing and professional staff.

You will supervise department supervisors and administrative staff, manage staffing, prepare reports, and partner with leadership to drive quality care and performance across the campus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree from an accredited institution per Rule 4751-1-02.

Responsibilities

• Operate the facility in accordance with established policies and procedures.
• Enforce the facility policies and procedures.
• Act as liaison to the governing body for the medical, nursing and professional staff and all facility departments.
• Prepare all reports as required by management.
• Supervise all department supervisors and administrative staff.
• Supervise the recruitment, employment, performance, evaluation, promotion, and termination of all staff.
• Assume responsibility with department supervisors of ensuring adequate staffing.

Qualifications

Must possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree from an educational institution that must be accredited by the US Department of Education as listed in Rule 4751-1-02.
