Job summary

Sprenger Health Care in Olmsted Falls, OH is seeking an Administrator Resident to lead a Grace Management Services facility. This role focuses on guiding operations, ensuring compliance with governing policies, and directing facility leadership to deliver quality care.

You will supervise staff, prepare management reports, and work with department supervisors to maintain appropriate staffing levels and high standards of service in a senior living environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree from an accredited institution as listed by the US Department of Education.

Responsibilities

• Enforce the facility policies and procedures.
• Act as liaison to the governing body for the medical, nursing and professional staff and all facility departments.
• Prepare all reports as required by management.
• Supervise all department supervisors and administrative staff.
• Supervise the recruitment, employment, performance, evaluation, promotion, and termination of all staff.
• Assume responsibility with department supervisors of ensuring adequate staffing.
