Deploy Alloy is seeking a dynamic and compassionate Licensed Nursing Home Administrator to lead our dedicated team and oversee the facility's operations in a patient-centered, compliant environment.

The Administrator will provide strategic direction, ensure CMS and state regulations are followed, manage the budget, and recruit and develop staff while maintaining a focus on quality resident care and community relations.
