Job summary

FOX Corporation is seeking an Administrator, Ad Sales Services to edit and prepare daily entertainment and sports FAST channel programming and TMZ Syndication logs for air. You will coordinate with Programming, Engineering and Sales teams to ensure accurate logs and timing.

Responsibilities include formatting logs, dispatch to operations and affiliates, and verifying traffic data against schedules. Weekend coverage and on‑air coordination may be required.

Qualifications

• 4+-year college degree.
• Experience with Windows-based software and Microsoft Excel.
• Prior Commercial Administration/Agency/Traffic experience.
• Knowledge of the Television industry metadata and digital workflow.
• Working knowledge of drop & non-drop frame time code and use of timing calculator.
• Working knowledge of digital distribution and ad supported streaming models.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Edit and prepare daily FAST channel programming and TMZ Syndication logs for air within designated time frames.
• Adjust log formats as necessary to ensure correct log timing.
• Create program specific formats based on information from Programming and Engineering departments.
• Send FAST channel logs to Broadcast Operations and TMZ Syndication logs to Affiliates.
• Verify new programming flowing into the traffic system against scheduling information for accuracy.
• Interface with multiple departments to verify, program information, billboard, commercials and add‑value placements; resolve timing issues and discrepancies.

JOB DESCRIPTION

FOX Corporation is looking for an Administrator, Ad Sales Services to join our team. The Administrator will edit and prepare daily Entertainment and Sports FAST channel programming (Tubi Originals, TMZ, Gordon Ramsay, Masked Singer, Cosmos, Fast Sports, Fast Sports Tubi and Fast Espanol) and TMZ Syndication commercial logs. The Administrator will interface with multiple departments as needed to complete logs and resolve discrepancies. Distribute Entertainment and Sports FAST channel logs to Broadcast Operations for utilization on Digital platforms and TMZ Syndication logs to Affiliates.

A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Edit and prepare daily multiple FAST channel programming (Tubi Originals, TMZ, Gordon Ramsay, Masked Singer, Cosmos, Fast Sports Tubi and Fast Espanol) and TMZ Syndication commercial logs for air within designated time frames.
• Adjust log formats as necessary to ensure correct log timing.
• Create program specific formats based on information received from the Programming and Engineering departments
• Send FAST channel logs to Broadcast Operations via Digital Log, and TMZ Syndication logs to Affiliates via FACS and Fox First Run
• Verify new programming flowing into Digital Log (traffic system) against scheduling information for accuracy
• Interface with CBS Ad Sales, TMZ Production, Foxipedia, Digital Log Support, FBC Programming and Sports Programming, Broadcast Operations and Tubi as necessary to verify, program information, billboard, commercials, and other added value placements, complete logs and resolve any timing issues, missing or incorrect commercials, ratings, and other post-production discrepancies that may arise.
• Aid Management in the development of workflow documentation for TMZ Syndication, Entertainment and Sports FAST channels, including (Tubi Originals, TMZ, Gordon Ramsay, Masked Singer, Cosmos, Fast Sports Tubi and Fast Espanol) by creating written and video instructions for new departmental workflow responsibilities.
• Serve as back-up to the On-Air Coordinator. This entails watching and fixing errors in the FBC Primetime feed to ensure all shows, commercials, and promos air correctly. - Other coverage responsibilities include managing the transition between Sports and Entertainment, and Assistant Directing live shows such as Fox News Sunday. This often includes weekend work

WHAT YOU WILL NEED

• 4+-year college degree
• Experience with Windows-based software and database programs. Microsoft Excel experience
• Prior computer experience
• Prior Commercial Administration/Agency/Traffic experience
• Knowledge of the Television industry metadata and digital workflow
• Working knowledge of drop & non-drop frame time code and use of timing calculator
• Working knowledge of digital distribution and ad supported streaming models
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Able to communicate precise information clearly and accurately

Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements, the pay rate/range for this role, with final offering amount dependent on education, skills, experience, and location is $23.50-27.25 per hour. This role is also eligible for various benefits, including medical/dental/vision, insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid time off, and other benefits in accordance with applicable plan documents. Benefits for Union represented employees will be in accordance with the applicable collective bargaining agreement.
