Job summary

Fox Corporation is seeking an Administrator, Ad Sales Services to join our team in New York. The role edits and prepares daily Entertainment and Sports FAST channel programming logs and TMZ Syndication logs for air within tight time frames, coordinating with Programming, Engineering, and other departments.

The administrator interfaces with CBS Ad Sales, TMZ Production, and other units to verify, program, and resolve timing issues, discrepancies, and added-value placements.

Qualifications

• 4+-year college degree.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to balance multiple requirements and meet deadlines.
• Experience with Windows-based software and database programs.

Responsibilities

• Edit and prepare daily FAST channel programming logs for air within designated time frames.
• Adjust log formats to ensure correct timing.
• Create program specific formats from Programming and Engineering information.
• Send logs to Broadcast Operations and Affiliates via appropriate systems.
• Verify programming against scheduling information for accuracy.
• Interface with multiple departments to verify, program information, and resolve discrepancies.
• Develop workflow documentation for TMZ Syndication and FAST channels.
