Yora Nordic Spa is creating its founding on-site team and seeks an Administrator to provide organized, accurate financial and administrative support ahead of opening in November 2026. You will work closely with the General Manager, ensuring payroll and financial records are precise and deadlines met.

The Administrator will be part of Yora's founding on-site team, providing the accurate, organized and reliable support that allows the spa and its people to operate with confidence. Working closely with the General Manager, department leaders and Corporate support teams, this role helps ensure financial, payroll and administrative processes are ready for Yora Nordic Spa's opening in November 2026. This role is anticipated to start near the end of October 2026.
This is a behind-the-scenes role with a visible impact. When revenue is reconciled, payroll information is accurate, records are organized and deadlines are met, leaders can remain focused on their teams and guests and the Yora experience feels effortless.
This is a full-time, on-site position that generally follows regular business hours. Occasional flexibility may be required to meet payroll, month-end, audit, reporting and other business deadlines, particularly during the pre-opening and opening periods.

This position works primarily indoors in an office-based environment, with regular movement throughout administrative and operational areas of the spa. The role involves extended periods of sitting and computer use; repetitive hand and finger movements associated with data entry and administrative work; periods of standing and walking; regular bending and reaching; climbing stairs; and lifting and carrying routine office supplies, files and administrative materials. While moving through operational areas, employees may encounter changing temperatures, humidity, steam, moisture, noise and wet or slippery surfaces. The employee must be able to perform the essential functions of the position safely, with or without reasonable accommodation.
