Job summary

Cor Healthcare Partners seeks an experienced Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) to lead operations at a skilled nursing facility in Kansas. The role focuses on resident-centered care, regulatory compliance, and building a positive facility culture.

The LNHA will oversee daily operations, guide department heads and interdisciplinary teams, manage budgets and census, and partner with clinical leadership to ensure high standards of care and survey readiness.

Qualifications

• Active LNHA license in applicable state or ability to obtain reciprocity
• Previous skilled nursing facility leadership experience
• Strong knowledge of long-term care regulations and operations
• Proven leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to lead teams in a fast-paced healthcare environment
• Experience with budgeting, staffing, and census management
• Experience with PCC or similar EHR systems

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the skilled nursing facility
• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations
• Lead and support department heads and interdisciplinary teams
• Foster a positive culture focused on resident-centered care and employee engagement
• Monitor clinical quality measures and operational performance
• Manage budgets, financial performance, staffing, and census development
• Collaborate with clinical leadership to ensure high standards of care
• Build and maintain strong relationships with residents, families, referral sources, and community stakeholders
• Support survey readiness and ongoing quality improvement initiatives
• Recruit, mentor, and retain strong team members across all departments
