Boucher Group Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Motor Vehicle License and Title Clerk to join our administrative team in Wisconsin.

The role requires accurately processing new and used title documents, reviewing applications, and providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Ideal candidates are highly organized, capable of managing multiple tasks, and collaborates well with Finance Managers and the broader team.

Qualifications

• Must have attention to detail and ability to spot errors or discrepancies.
• Proficient in conducting research and analyzing information.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Enthusiastic team player.
• Self-motivated.
• Experience with CDK, Dealertrack or Vitu a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Process new and used title documents for vehicle sales through Vitu and ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Assist Finance Managers with questions regarding proper processing of titles/plates.
• Reconcile transactions for proper fees.
• Schedule reconciliation and other misc. administrative duties associated with titling.
• Provide exceptional customer service.

The Administrative Title Clerk will review and submit license and title applications for vehicle sales. This role needs strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Process new and used title documents for vehicle sales through Vitu and ensure accuracy and completeness
