The Department of Administrative Services Materiel Division is currently seeking an Administrative Technician to join their team. The Administrative Technician provides administrative and clerical support to ensure the efficient operation of the Print Shop's front office. Duties may include greeting and assisting customers and visitors, answering phones, processing correspondence and documents, maintaining records and files, entering data, processing invoices and providing support to staff and management. Requires strong organizational, communication, customer service and computer skills.

Minimum Qualifications: Coursework/training or experience related to research, presentation, or publication in an area related to the programs or functions of the employing agency; business administration; accounting; customer service; and/ or technical support work, including use of computer software such as word processing, spreadsheets, and database management.
Preferred Qualifications: Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Familiar with JD Edwards. Professional, dependable, and customer-service oriented. Basic accounting, billing, and financial procedures.
Other: Regular and Reliable attendance is required.
