Responsibilities

• Supports multiple managers and groups remotely and on-site, performing administrative tasks.
• Opens, assigns, transfers and closes cases using ERCS, RGS, ICS, ECMS and IDRS.
• Verifies completeness and accuracy of case controls to ensure compliance with procedures.
• Maintains and updates tracking systems and retrieves data from ERCS, RGS, CEAS, IC, Vehicle.
