Qualifications

• A degree from an accredited college or university is generally required.
• Foreign education may be used to meet requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee planning, directing and timely execution of a program or program segments.
• Approve long-range work plans and manage organizational changes to meet goals.
• Develop policies in response to legislative changes and budget considerations.
• Prepare reports for senior management and communicate findings and recommendations.
