Gwinnett County is seeking an Administrative Support Associate IV to support Water Resources Training & Safety by coordinating training calendars, license obtainment and renewals, budget assistance, and related advanced administrative tasks.
The role acts as a liaison with departments, manages training records for 700+ employees, schedules courses, books rooms, processes purchasing, and assists with training and safety operations.

This position supports the needs of Water Resources Training and Safety Teams by serving as an administrative liaison to other departments, assisting with license obtainment/renewal, class/course scheduling, assisting with budgets, assisting with training and safety related tasks, and performing advanced administrative support duties.
Assists with creation of monthly training calendar including dissemination of information
Assists with training courses/class and course logistics including booking rooms, sign-in sheets and various related tasks
Manages training records for over 700 employees
Acts as primary point of contact for purchase of and reconciliation for external and internal training courses/classes as needed
Enrolls, firmly books and follows up with all training classes on a daily basis
Purchases training and safety supplies as required
Reconciles purchasing card as appropriate
Assists with obtaining various water system related licenses/certifications including the renewal of licenses/certifications
Performs other training and safety related duties as assigned
