Major Duties: Provide administrative information and assistance to supervisors, staff and tenants on the practical and technical aspects of administration, to include housing/tenant management, time and attendance, budget and finance, acquisition and property management and other administrative support services. Assist with budget formulation; carry out budget execution duties including tracking and reconciling expenditures and preparing and submitting or entering finance documents and transactions, including fleet utilization. Use computers and appropriate software for data collection, analysis and collating. Prepare reports, forms, and tabular material, providing proper formatting for information processing. Procure goods and services under the micro purchase threshold. Performs or oversees supply functions including receiving incoming supplies, materials and equipment.
