The Oklahoma Agricultural Leadership Program team at Oklahoma State University in Stillwater invites applications for an administrative support role. Responsibilities include maintaining databases, preparing agendas, scheduling seminars, paying invoices, deposits, reconciliations, and supporting OALP board meetings and alumni activities.
Candidate should have a High School/GED and at least six months of experience, with attention to detail and basic QuickBooks familiarity.

The Oklahoma Agricultural Leadership Program assists potential leaders to develop a deeper understanding of themselves and of people. This includes personal and group study and interaction, improving skills in communications, and developing a commitment to future leadership roles in Oklahoma agriculture.
We help potential leaders develop a better understanding of the various systems of economics and government. Program participants increase and utilize their own knowledge and skills in order to solve problems and to explore opportunities for Oklahoma agriculture. Utilize word processing, database, spreadsheet applications, email, Power-Point, etc. Maintain and update databases. Prepare agendas and assist in scheduling, planning and conducting seminars. Financial responsibilities - pay invoices, make deposits, reconcile accounts, prepare reports. Assist with OALP board meetings and alumni organizations. Serve as office receptionist. Prefer experience with QuickBooks software.
Skills, Proficiencies, and/or Knowledge:
Close attention to details and documentation. Good file management skills.
