A Day in the Life

The Cleveland office of a regional law firm seeks an Administrative Support Assistant. This administrative position operates in a fast-paced environment where accuracy and efficiency are essential. The ideal candidate must be professional, well-organized, detail-oriented, customer service focused, and possess strong oral and written communication skills. The role requires prioritizing multiple assignments and working well under pressure with a positive attitude. Responsibilities include managing expense reports, entering time into databases, handling mailings, saving documents to our document management system, processing mail, and other duties as assigned.

We Know You

Candidates should be proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Windows, with the ability to learn new systems quickly. Recent college graduates with office experience are preferred.
