Job summary

Shore Medical Center in Somers Point, NJ seeks an Administrative Nursing Supervisor to lead administrative operations and clinical practice activities on a 24-hour basis. You will plan, organize, coordinate, implement and evaluate processes to deliver high-value, cost-effective, patient-centered care.

The role requires NJ RN license, BLS/ACLS/IV and Dysrhythmia certifications, plus 2+ years ED or ICU experience and prior supervisory experience.

Qualifications

• NJ RN License and active clinical certifications as listed.
• Minimum 2 years of ED or ICU nursing experience.
• Prior management or nursing supervision experience.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficient with computer systems and clinical documentation.

Hours: days/nights

Hours/Pay Period: 8

Position Summary

The Administrative Nursing Supervisor is responsible for assisting with the planning, organizing, coordinating, implementing and evaluating the administrative operations and clinical practice activities within one or more areas on a twenty-four-hour basis. Provides patient care services that are coordinated to provide a seamless, integrated system of care that is high value, cost-effective and customer focused.

Minimum Requirements

• NJ RN License
• BLS, ACLS, IV, and Dysrhythmia certification
• 2 years ED or ICU experience
• Previous management and/or nursing supervisor experience
• Previous monitoring and clinical skills in a hospital setting
• Intermediate computer skills, excellent organizational, communication and interpersonal skills
• Must be able to walk and stand for extended periods with the ability to lift, push and pull

Salary Range - $48.00 - $62.00 hourly (based on experience)
