Job summary

Virtua Health in Voorhees, NJ, is seeking a Nursing Department Supervisor to oversee the nursing service and step in as administrator after hours.

You will ensure adequate staffing, supervise the nursing team, respond to patient and family concerns, uphold care standards, and manage crises and emergencies to keep the hospital running smoothly.

Qualifications

• 2 years clinical experience.
• 2 years management experience preferred.
• BSN or Bachelors preferred.

Salary

$67.50 - $67.50 Hourly
