Job summary

MaineHealth is seeking an Administrative Specialist III to coordinate the daily activities of the department and administrative operations for multiple executives, working closely with management and staff to prepare correspondence, reports, and other documents, and to arrange travel and calendars.

The role requires a High School diploma or GED, four years of administrative experience, and advanced Microsoft Office skills, with the base pay in the posted range and comprehensive MaineHealth

The pay range for this position is $23.38to $31.63 per hour.


Compensation for part-time positions is determined on a prorated basis consistent with the scheduled hours and applicable full-time equivalent (FTE).
