Liquid Environmental Solutions is seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our team in the Rio Grande Valley. The role supports daily office operations, service documentation, billing, scheduling, and customer communication in a busy service-based environment.

Location: 1821 E. Sugar Cane Drive Weslaco, TX 78599 (Weslaco & San Antonio). Schedule: Mon–Fri, 7:00 AM–4:00 PM. Comp: $18–$20/hr, weekly pay, overtime potential. Full-time, in person.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Two or more years of experience in general office functions.
• Experience in billing, administrative support, customer service, or operations support preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word; strong attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare daily route summaries and manifests for the FST team before on-duty time.
• Review and approve daily work orders and customer portals as required.
• Process invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
• Answer incoming phone calls and emails while supporting the customer service process.
• Assist with scheduling support, customer follow-up, service coordination, and related tasks.
• Maintain paper and electronic filing systems and support administrative tracking.
