University of South Carolina Upstate in Spartanburg, SC seeks an Administrative Specialist to manage front desk parking services, data entry, permit issuance, and fine processing using the Clancy system.
You will answer multi-line phones, dispatch officers, and maintain Uniform Patrol citations, while handling filing reimbursements with Spartanburg county. A high school diploma and valid driver’s license are required. This is a full-time position with Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
