This position is responsible for coordinating and providing administrative/clerical support to the assigned division/section.
The role is responsible for assisting with day to day functions of the assigned area and for performing a variety of office support tasks including communicating with internal county staff.
Work is performed under the direct supervision of direct supervisor is reviewed based on accuracy, timeliness and effectiveness of results achieved.

High School diploma or equivalent.
Two (2) years of clerical or secretarial experience.
An equivalent combination of education or experience may be substituted.
Ability to type at a rate of 40 correct words per minute.
PC experience with word processing, spreadsheet or presentation software.
