Qualifications

• Minimum three years of relevant security experience with two years as a sworn law enforcement officer.
• Proficiency with law enforcement technology systems and Omnigo; knowledge of security tech is required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate training programs, track certifications, and address compliance gaps.
• Oversee annual compliance requirements and supervise compliance staff.
• Serve as SME for Omnigo; audit records and liaise with IT for system optimization.
• Provide backup leadership for TSU and manage credentialing and audits.
• Lead hiring processes, coordinate interviews, and maintain records.
• Maintain clear staff communication and update operational manuals.
• Support emergency operations and special projects as needed.
