Job summary

The Federal Reserve Bank of Minneapolis seeks an Administrative Sergeant to lead and coordinate administrative, operational, and compliance functions within the Minneapolis Fed Police. You will oversee training coordination, compliance management, hiring and recruitment, and serve as a liaison with external law enforcement partners.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree in Criminal Justice or related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum three years of relevant military, law enforcement or armed security experience with two years as a sworn officer.
• Proficiency with law enforcement technology systems and Omnigo.

Responsibilities

• Training coordination: supervise programs, track certifications, support development initiatives.
• Compliance management: oversee annual requirements, supervise staff, prepare reports.
• Omnigo system expertise: train staff, audit records, liaise with IT for optimization.
• Technical services support: backup leadership for TSU, oversee security technologies and audits.
• Hiring & recruitment: lead processes, coordinate interviews, onboarding and records.
• Communication & administration: maintain clear staff communication, prepare documents, update manuals.
• Support during emergencies and special projects as needed.
