Job summary

ADT Security Services is seeking an organized administrator to coordinate, prioritize, and schedule installations, using Telemar and IBT systems. You will manage installation appointments, contracts, and related paperwork, while supporting sales calls and general administrative tasks.

The role requires strong communication and customer service skills, with 1–2 years of experience and a high school diploma or equivalent. Extra duties may include payroll liaison and office backup support as needed.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, prioritize, and schedule installations.
• Use Telemar system to schedule installation appointments.
• Confirm all installation appointments daily.
• Use IBT to track all scheduled installations.
• Use O2C Portal to manage customer contracts and paperwork.
• Write up phone sales.
• Payroll liaison and time tickets entry into OTM.
• Assist with Ops Support/Administrative duties including ordering supplies, filing, and backup when Lead Admin is out.
• Handle incoming customer/associate relations calls.
• Process accounts payable invoices and receivables (installation checks).
