Job summary

AMS is seeking a Recruiter who can own the full-cycle recruitment for administrative and support roles, partnering with managers to shape candidate profiles and sourcing strategies. You will screen, assess and present qualified candidates while managing communications and onboarding.

Experience with ATS platforms and virtual interviewing tools like HireVue is essential. You will build proactive talent pipelines, especially for markets such as New York, and continuously improve recruitment

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience recruiting for administrative, operations, business support, or corporate functions.
• Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions and stakeholders simultaneously.
• Experience leveraging ATS platforms, sourcing tools, and virtual interviewing technologies.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented.
• Responsive and service-focused.
• Professional and confident when engaging with senior stakeholders.
• Excellent communicator with strong relationship-building skills.
• Solutions-oriented and focused on continuous process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for administrative and support roles across the organization.
• Partner with hiring managers to define candidate profiles and sourcing strategies.
• Screen, assess, and present qualified candidates aligned with business requirements.
• Coordinate candidate communications and onboarding activities.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for administrative roles, with focus on high-demand locations like New York.
• Develop sourcing strategies to ensure a steady flow of qualified candidates.
• Leverage LinkedIn, internal talent pools, referrals, and external channels to build networks.
• Identify opportunities to simplify recruitment workflows and reduce manual effort.
• Expand use of virtual interviewing tools to improve screening efficiency.
• Drive time-to-fill improvements while maintaining quality of hire and candidate experience.
