Overview
Presbyterian Homes & Services - Mill Pond in Ankeny, IA is seeking an Administrative Receptionist for its team.
The Receptionist reports to the Office Manager/Human Resource Representative or designated Quality Service Team member on site. The Receptionist also takes work direction from the Campus Administrator, Marketing, Resident Services Director, and other departments as assigned.
Schedule/Hours: Every Other Weekend 9:00am-4:30pm, occasional weekdays
Salary: $16.68- $19.55/hour + based on experience

Responsibilities
The Administrative Receptionist provides excellent customer service, manages incoming calls, serves as an information resource, handles resident billing, and performs administrative duties as assigned.
