A Global Biotech/Pharma in Cambridge, MA is seeking an Administrative Project Coordinator to join their Team! OBJECTIVE: Provides coordination and support of engagement activities and compliance requirements. Performs high-level administrative and office support responsibilities for assigned leadership team.

Responsibilities
- Contracting Activities: Provides coordination and support of engagement activities and compliance requirements. Performs high-level administrative and office support responsibilities for assigned leadership team.
- Responsible for contract processing for interfacing with Contracts, Legal, Compliance and Finance functions, including facilitating generation, execution, tracking and archiving in all appropriate systems according to local procedures and policies.
- Generates, processes and archives Confidentiality Disclosure Agreements working with Business Partners and Legal.
- Generates Purchase Orders and periodically runs accrual reports to ensure sufficient funds are available for payments; tracks and troubleshoots invoices and payments.
- Manages transparency reporting reconciliation activities in accordance with Global and Local Compliance requirements.
- Administrative Support: Coordinates documents and correspondence, including letters, reports, emails, presentations, memos, faxes, etc.; uses appropriate tools for required work including Microsoft Outlook, Word, Power Point, and Excel to track, document, report data, and maintain web pages.
- Provides logistical support for meetings, including coordinating calendars, managing catering and attendee lists.
- Acquires, reviews, inputs, and formats accurate data into spreadsheets, databases and other electronic tools.
- Develops a network within the department; draws on network to answer questions and successfully execute responsibilities.
- Demonstrates confidentiality in execution of all responsibilities.
