Are you looking to step into a fast-paced, mission-driven environment where your organizational and communication skills can shine? We're hiring a Temporary Program Coordinator for a 3-month assignment-with the potential to transition into a temp-to-hire position for the right candidate!

What You'll Do:
As a key member of the Career Services Office, you'll support students, employers, and a wide range of professional programming. Your responsibilities will include:

Program Coordination & Logistics: Schedule events, manage calendars, and track program data for the upcoming academic year.

Email Management: Monitor the main department inbox and route inquiries from students and employers to appropriate staff.

Job Posting Oversight: Post and update job listings on the 12twenty platform.

Summer Projects: Mail branded swag to employer partners and help assemble over 200 orientation binders for incoming students.

Reciprocity Requests: Manage and respond to inter-school career services requests.

Calendar & Web Support: Oversee team scheduling and help maintain our Squarespace-based calendaring platform.

Administrative Processing: Handle reimbursements, invoice tracking, and check requests.

Team Collaboration: Offer dependable day-to-day support to a collaborative and dedicated team.

What You Bring:
Excellent communication-both written and verbal.

Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-moving environment.
